No, gratuity for the driver is not included in your base fare. However, if you wish to show appreciation for your driver in the form of gratuity, let your sales representative know and we will be more than happy to assist.
Yes you may make changes to your trip itinerary up to 7 days prior to your departure. Any change requests made after 7 days prior to your scheduled departure may be subject to additional charges.
